Syntel Placement Pattern : Syntel recruits both experienced and fresher Engineers. The selection of them is on basis of written test and interview.
In the written test, there are approximately 85 questions and time allotted for this is 90 marks. There is no negative marking. Written test is divided into 3 sections. Section I contains 25 verbal questions. The time given for this is 15 minutes. Section II is on Quantitative Aptitude. There are 30 questions in this which are to be solved in 45 minutes. Section III is on Logical reasoning. There are 30 questions in this and time allotted for this is 30 minutes.

Accenture Placement Papers

Accenture Placement Pattern :
    Written Test – It is divided into 3 section
    Section I is on verbal ability
    Section II is on Quantitative & LR
    Section III is on Accuracy check.
    Then, there is a essay writing for 5 minutes on the topic allotted to you.
    Next there is group discussion. Groups are made out of the students who clear the written test. They are given a topic, on which you have to discuss among yourselves & then every one has to express their views in about 2-3 minutes.
    Then there is HR interview
    Followed by Technical Interview.

Amdocs Recruitment Procedure : The recruitment procedure consist of Aptitude test, Technical Interview & HR Interview.
Aptitude Test consists of General & Technical questions. It is an online test of 110 minutes. No. of questions are 95. There is negative marking also. General Aptitude test is divided into  sections as Quantitative ability, Comprehension & Substitution type. Technical test is also divided into  sections – SQL, UNIX, Language i.e choose one from C, C+ or Java.
Technical Interview : It is of 60 minutes. You should have the knowledge of SQL & C for this.
HR Interview : This should not be taken as easy. Here questions related to yourself will be asked. It is of approximately 20 minutes.
